The National Unity Platform party supremo has dissented from the divisive stance by the Music Federation leader Eddy Kenzo and Sheebah who angrily rallied their loyalists to flank Pallaso’s Love Fest concert slated for today.

Bobi, as a leader and unifier rallied all his supporters to embrace both rivaling artistes citing their significance in the music industry at the moment.

In a late Thursday evening post, Bobi took to Facebook and called on his supporters to grace the two concerts on grounds that both artistes are his own contemporaries.

Bobi Wine based his decision of supporting Alien Skin on the fact that is a true representation of the Ghetto and that is his background..

The NUP party leader, on the other hand, disclosed that he is backing Pallaso because he was one of the few musicians that used their music to appeal for his freedom while he was kidnapped, tortured, and held by the military in 2018.

In contrast, however, Bobi Wine has rallied Ugandans to show support for both musicians, citing Kampala has so many people that can fill both venues.

Bobi Thursday posted;

Tomorrow 9th June, two of our vibrant artistes are hosting their concerts.

ALIEN SKIN is a true representation of the Ghetto and THAT IS WHO WE ARE. We owe him support, love and guidance.

PALLASO is my good friend and I owe him love. In 2018 at my darkest- when I was abducted, tortured and held by the military, he was among the few artistes who used their music to call for my freedom. I will never forget that. I wish him a good concert.

Kampala has so many people that can fill both venues – Freedom City and Lugogo. It has happened before.

Dear friends, please go out and support your choice. Just don’t stay home.
