At his ongoing dutiful trip, National Unity Platform party principal Hon. Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert alias Bobi Wine is busy making remarkable progress in lobbying for the weight of the diaspora community.

Just this evening, the NUP leader was invited as a key note speaker at the Howard University conference on human rights where he yet again exposed to the world the cocktail of rights abuses by the Ugandan regime.

Bobi narrated his encounter with the Howard University students and how he felt elated when they digested his message of liberation.

He writes;

It was such an honour to interact with the students and and faculty at the Ralph J Centre for African and International studies at Howard University in Washington.

We discussed the state of affairs in Africa on general and Uganda in particular. Am glad that our message has crossed frontiers and is resonating with all people, young and old across the globe.
My message to them was to hold their government accountable through their elected leaders in Congress to revisit their relationship with dictatorial regimes on the continent.
