BREAKING: Gunman shoots Asian national dead in Kampala
Police from CPS Kampala have cordoned off Parliamentary Avenue after an assailant allegedly shot dead an Indian at Raja chambers.
Eye witnesses claim the gunman was donned in Counter Terrorism police attire, which has triggered speculations of whether armed forces are now on rampage and targeting civilians.
The shooting comes barely days after renowned vlogger Isma Olaxess Tusuubira was gunned down near his residence in Kyanja. Separately, the junior Labour Minister Rtd. Col. Charles Okello Engola was shot dead by his own bodyguard Pte. Wilson Sabiiti.
