Lawyer Wameli’s body returned
The remains of fallen National Unity Platform lawyer Anthony Wameli jetted in the country at around 02:00hrs E.A.T from Boston Massachusetts where he has been living for the past 2 years since he was diagnosed with colony cancer.
The body was being accompanied by family members and Mrs. Olivia Wameli, the wife of the fallen lawyer.
The body will today be taken to the NUP headquarters at Makerere, Kavule for public viewing.
NUP supporters, relatives and friends are expected to be part of the public prayers. From there, Wameli’s remains will be taken to his residence in Kyetume, Mukono district for a night vigil.
