The Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister Hon. Norbert Mao has called out on the NUP president Hon. Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert alias Bobi Wine to stop painting a bad picture of the republic of Uganda each time he steps out to the diaspora.

According to Mao, Bobi who should be promoting tourism and attracting investors has consistently embarked on exposing the regime transgressions and repressive tendencies of the security forces that have continued to breach human rights.

Mao says each time he sees Bobi expose the rots of the NRM government, he gets worried about the future of Uganda which to him will lose tourists and potential investors.

“We have seen our friends of NUP on CNN, BBC and other international platforms talking ill about Uganda. This is a misguided move. I think true leadership would ensure that they utilise the platform to market our country to attract tourists to increase revenue,” Mao said yesterday at a presser.
