Eric Tumwesigwa, 28 year old Boda Boda rider from Nansana, Wakiso district has finally shared his terror ordeal for the 2 weeks he spent inside one of the terror cells of the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence-CMI cells in Mbuya.

Eric who showed up at the National Unity Platform party headquarters in Kamwokya today put off his shirt before the media to demonstrate to the public the festering burns on his chest.

Speaking in agony at a press conference hosted by the NUP party president Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert aka Bobi Wine, a visibly weak Mwesigwa recounted the horrific days he spent in the CMI cells following his abduction a fortnight ago.

“I was hooded by callous looking men who picked me from my workplace in Nansana. I was dragged into a drone and whisked off to a safe house,” said Eric said. “They interrogated me to tell them what mutual plans I share with my president (Bobi Wine). I told them I am just his ordinary supporter like anyone else,” he added

He says he was finally discharged from custody after his captors saw his wife at Magere.

“When they saw my wife at Magere, they asked me why she went there. They kept interrogating me on that matter amidst instant beatings,” he added.
