Police distance self from murder of NUP supporter in SIU cell

This is after last week, the opposition Members of Parliament headed by their chief Mathias Mpuuga put a spotlight on government over the mysterious demise of the 80 year old National Unity Platform- NUP ally from Kasese that they credited to torment.

Fred Enanga, the Police publicist while tending to the reporters on Monday at Naguru said that Constantine Muhonja of Buhuna town, Karambi Sub county in Kasese District passed on in the wake of falling in a bathroom at Kireka where he was being confined after capture by agents from Crime Intelligence Directorate- CID.

Enanga makes sense of that the 80 year old was captured after associates earlier captured over contribution in the raid on the Busiika police headquarters in Luweero let questioners know that Muhonja was a specialist of the ADF in Kasese.

He anyway excused claims that the 80 year old was focused on the grounds that he was an ally of the opposition NUP yet including one Moses Katende aka Mao informed police about Mugonja’s contribution in supporting the development of ADF volunteers and terrorists to enter and flee the country
