Shameless Kagabo denied photo moment with Museveni in Masaka

There was drama yesterday in Masaka district after Bukoto South lawmaker Dr. Twaha Kagabo who has turned out to be a wandering fly was bounced by the elite presidential guard known as SFC that denied him access to the visiting Gen. Yoweri Museveni.

Kagabo, a NUP MP now tapping into the MK Movement and NRM had anticipated a warm reception by the Museveni entourage only to be informed that he will not be allowed anywhere close to the old man from Rwakitura.

Our sources reveal that Kagabo was as early as a bird at the venue and that he was eyeing to be near Gen. Museveni in times of the photo moments.

The embattled Doctor however turned out a reject and was treated as an outcast by Museveni’s security detail.

“He was chased out of the VIP tent and ordered to sit behind amongst the ordinary guests,” a source privy to the event says. “Kagabo laboured to explain that he is a Member of Parliament but this fell on deaf ears as SFC men pushed him away,” the source adds.

A similar fate befell the self proclaimed presidential advisor Catherine Kusasira who lamented how all her efforts to meet Museveni have been thwarted since the 2021 polls ended. The indebted Kusasira ranted that each time she wants to meet Museveni in her capacity as an advisor, she is bounced by the State House dashboard members.
