VIDEO: MP Ssegirinya reports to court
Kawempe North Member of Parliament Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya has this morning showed up at the international crimes division court, in Kololo as required by his bail terms set by Masaka High Court Judge Lawrence Tweyanze.
Supported by two of his aides, a physically weak Ssegirinya limped his way into the courtroom.
His co-accused Allan Ssewanyana was however a no show at court, but sources privy say he is still admitted at hospital where he is received specialized treatment for an ailment that has pertubed him since the start of the year.
The MPs have since their bail approval last month maintained a low media profile. This is due to rumours and allegations that had indicated that their release was negotiated.
